My 34th Birthday - Jan 18, 2009 - (Poway)

On Sunday evening, January 18, 2009 (the real day of my birthday) I was on my regular duties to celebrate the Holy Mass for our Chaldean & Assyrian Catholic Community in Poway, CA. after the Mass we went to visit a Chaldean Family and have a cup of tea before having a meeting with couple of real states to find a building for our new growing Mission…
On my arrival to Mr. Fareed Shikwana home in Poway, with Shamashe Waad and Saad, the family surprised me with a cake to celebrate my 34th birthday!!
We took some pictures together for this cute celebration.

My 34th Birthday - Jan 18, 2009 - (2) Poway

Leaving Fareed’s house, I headed to another family house, but this time an Assyrian family of Tony & Tina in Poway too. On my arrival I saw the lights where down and soft, I told Tony: “what’s the matter with you guys are you sleeping?” he replied “it’s nicer like that..” entering his hall, I saw Rania, Muna, Joe and Steve our the choir members with Tina (Tony’s wife) shouting “Happy Birthday to you…” I cut another cake and had fun together; we spent a nice evening with them with shamasha Saad too…

My 34th Birthday - Jan 19, 2009- (3) El Cajon

On Monday Feb 19, 2008 (the official day of my birthday) in St. Peter Chaldean Cathedral, in El Cajon, I was on a meeting with another two cakes!
First cake was prepared by the pastor of the Cathedral Fr. Mickael Bazzi, and the Staff: Christine Dawisha. In the presence of bishops Mar Sarhad Jammo & Bawai Soro and our brother priests I cut the 3rd cake of the Cathedral.

In five minutes the ladies of our Chaldean Media Center were ready with another Cake to sing and celebrate my birthday. I had to cut the ice cream cake and turn off the candles..

Thank you lord for this nice day
